Alachua County   } presents, this Indentice
                 } made and entered
into this the thirtieth day of January
Eighteen hundred & Sixty seven between
John Wiggins of the State and County
of Alachua of the first part and Burrell
  Wiggins of the same State and County
of the second part.
  Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Eight hundred Dollars
($80000) to him in hand paid before
the signing and sealing and delivery of
these presents whereof here I acknowl-
edge I have bargained sold & conveyed
and do by these presents bargain, sell
and convey unto the Burrell Wiggins his
heirs and assigns a certain Lot or
tract of Land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida
and Known and described as follows
To Wit the North East 1/4 quarter of Lots
No 1 and 2, In Section thirteen and
Township (8) Eight, South of Range Nineteen
East, all containing One hundred and
Sixty acres more or less, to have and
to hold the said premises unto him the
said Burrell Wiggins his heirs and
assigns forever to hold and to Keep,
and the said John Wiggins doth
covenant and agree at the sealing
and delivery of these presents that he
is the true and lawful owner of these
presents herein Conveyed, free from all
Incumbrances whatsoever and that I
will forever defend the title or titles to
the said premises from his heirs ad-
ministrators and assigns and, forever
defend the said premises against any
and all persons whatsoever claiming or
to claim In and through or by him to
the said Burrell Wiggins his heirs
and assigns forever. In witness
whereof the said John Wiggins hath
hereunto set his hand and Seal the
day and year above mentioned.
