This Indenture made the 2nd of February in
the year One thousand Eight hundred and
sixty seven between Thos P. McHenry and Harriet
E. his wife of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part and Seth Brown
of the County of Marion and State aforesaid
of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One thousand
Dollars Lawful money of the United States to
them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained sold conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents
doth grant Bargain sell convey and
confirm unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever, all that certain tract
of Land situated in the Town of Newnans
ville County of Alachua and State afore-
said and described as follows, Lots
No one, two, three, and four Block five
Range two together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining and also all the Estate right
title interest dower and right of dower
claim and demands whatsoever as well in
Law as in Equity of the said parties of
the first part of in or to the above descri-
bed premises and every part and parcel there
of with the appurtenances to have and to 
hold all and singular the above men-
tioned and described premises together with
the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs & assigns
