County of Alachua } Know all men by
                  } these presents that I
Daniel M. Finger of the State and
County aforesaid, for and in consideration
of the sum of Eleven hundred Dollars ($110000)
to me in hand paid by John O. Malley
of the same place the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do here by
give, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the said John O'Malley his
heirs, executors, Administrators and Assigns
All that certain Lot or parcel of Land
lying and being situate in the Town of
Gainesville, Known and distinguished in
plan of said Town as Block two (2)
Range Three (3) Lot three (3) containing Sixty
feet front and running back two
hundred feet with all the privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining
    To have and to hold the aforesaid
premises to the said John O'Malley his heirs
Executors, Administrators forever in fee
Simple And I the said Daniel M.
Finger for myself and my heirs Executors
and Administrators do covenant with
the said John O'Malley his heirs Executors
& administrators that I will and my heirs
Executors & administrators shall warrant
and defend the same to the said John
O'Malley and his heirs and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons.
  And for the consideration aforesaid
and for divers other good and valuable
considerations, I M.F. Finger wife of the
the said Daniel M. Finger do hereby release
and quit claim unto the said John
O'Malley his heirs & assigns all my right
claim or possibility of Dower in or out
of the above described premises
  In witness whereof we the said Daniel
M. Finger and         Finger have hereunto
set our hands and Seals this    day of

Eight hundred and Sixty six.
