State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these
                 } presents that John P.C.
Massey of the State and County aforesaid
for and in consideration of  Five
Dollars to him in hand paid by Daniel
M. Finger of said State and County the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
as well as the other sum of five
hundred Dollars to be paid by the said
D.M. Finger fifteen days after date of these
presents and the further sum of Six hundred
Dollars to be paid by the said D.M. Finger
three months after date. Hath granted
bargained sold & conveyed, and by these
presents doth grant, bargain sell & convey
and deliver unto the said Daniel M.
Finger his heirs Executors, administrators
and assigns a certain tract lot or
parcel of Land lying being and situate in
the City of Gainesville State and County
aforesaid, now occupied by John O'malley
as grocery Store, containing Sixty feet
front and  -     feet back and known
in the plan of said City as Block two
Range three Lot three and sixty feet
front.
     To have and to hold the said bar-
gained premises, together with all the rights
privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
in fee simple; And the said J.P.C.
Massey for himself his heirs his Exe-
utors and Administrators the said bargained
premises unto the said Daniel M. Finger his
heirs Executors, Administrators and assigns
will forever warrant and defend against
the lawful claim or claims of any other
person or persons whatever as far as in
law or Equity the said J.P.C. Massey may
be required to do

Massey hath signed Sealed & delivered
this agreement this 25th day of July AD
