the said amount of Three thousand five
hundred Dollars less the amount of said
Decree and Costs & upon the payment of
Said amount S.P. Bevill Clerk &c under
the appointment of the Chancellor is to make
and execute to the said Watson Porter titles
to the same.  It is further agreed by
and between the parties that John A.
& Mary L. Cannon shall occupy & have
peaceable possession of said premises
with the exception of the house now occupied
by Benj W. Fontane as a Store house until
the first day of October AD 1867 at
which time they are to Surrender the pos-
session to the said Watson Porter & in con-
sideration for such possession & occupancy the
said John A. & Mary L. Cannon agree to
furnish a Room on the second floor of
the building now occupied by them as
a hotel supply furniture for the same
& to furnish good board for himself
or any one whom the said Porter may
select he giving a written order for the
same until the first day of October AD 1867
  It is further agreed by and between
the parties that the said John A. &
Mary L. Cannon are to Keep the premises
in as good and complete repair as
they are at the time they become the
tenants of the said Porter.
