Ingram vs John A. & Mary L.
Cannon & the said Watson Porter having
been the highest & best bidder for the
same and it being Knocked off to him
at the same hereinafter named
  Now the said Stephen P. Bevill
Special Master as aforesaid in con-
sideration of the premises & the sum
of two thousand Dollars to him in
hand paid at and before the signing
and delivery of these presents has
granted bargained, sold aliened and
conveyed & by these present does convey
unto the said Watson Porter his heirs
and assigns the aforesaid lot of
land lying and being in the town
of Gainesville in the said County
and State & Known in the plan of
said town as Block four (4) & Range
four (4), containing one acre more
or less together with all the privil-
eges & appurtenances thereunto belong-
ng or in any wise appertaining
  To have and to hold the said
Lot of Land to the said Watson
Porter his heirs and Assigns in as
full and ample a manner as the
said John A. & Mary L. Cannon might
have done.  In testimony whereof
he has hereunto set his hand and
