all my right, claim or possibility of dower
in or out of a certain lot lying and
being situate in the town of Gainesville
in said State and County of Alachua
& known & distinguished in the plan of
Said town as Block (4) four & Range (4) four
To have and to hold the same to the
said Watson Porter his heirs & assigns forever.
