Alachua County   } This Indenture made on the 6th
                 } day of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
Sixty Six between James M. Hunter and
Ann Hunter his wife of the first part and
James A. Simonton of the second part
Witnesseth That for and in consideration
of the sum of Twenty one hundred Dollars
to them in hand paid at and before
the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties
of the first part have given granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do so give grant bargain
Sell & Convey to the party of the second part
two certain Town lots or parcels of land
Known & described as follows, To Wit, one
lot situate South of the Seminary building
and adjoining & immediately East of the Lot
owned by Mrs McCullum containing
One Acre more or less the other Lot situated
between the Lots owned by Geo J. Arnow and
Mrs Carn & containing one Acre more
