or less the said Lots being the same on
which the parties of the first part have
for several years resided containing
in all two acres more or less, lying
in the village of Micanopy in the
County and State aforesaid.
To have and to hold the said
Town Lots or parcels of land above
described together with all and
singular the houses buildings improve-
ments & appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining
unto the said party of the second part
his heirs Executors or Administrators or
assigns in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the
first part for themselves their heirs Executors
or administrators covenant and agree
with the said party of the second part
that they are seized in fee of the afore-
granted & conveyed premises that they
are free from all incumbrances that
they have good right to sell and convey the
same to the party of the second part and that
they will and their heirs Executors & ad-
ministrators shall warrant and defend
the quiet and peacable possession of the
same to the said party of the second part
his heirs Executors, administrators & assigns
against the legal or Equitable claims & demands
of all persons claiming or to claim
by through or under them
