interest in said corn & cotton crop
raised by me for the payment to said
J.D. Matheson & Co of what I now owe
them or for whatever they may hereafter
advance for me or my family. Hereby
authorizing them to take & sell said crop
or my interest therein and pay them-
selves for whatever my indebtedness may be
them at the end of the year A.D. 1867
or for whatever may be due them at
any time before the end of the year
