bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant and convey to the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain peice or parcel
of land lying and being in the town of
Gainesville County & State aforesaid to wit
Lot No (1) one Block three (3) Range five (5)
Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances and all
the Estate Title and interest of the party of the
first part therein and the said party of the
first part doth hereby covenant and agree
with the said party of the second part that
at the time of the delivery whereof the said
party of the first part is the lawful
owner of the premises of the above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute
ly and that he will warrant and defend
the above granted premises in the quiet
and peacable possession of the said
party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever. In witness whereof I have

renounce and forever quit claim all my
right, title and interest of dower in and

Deed conveyed together with all and sin-
gular the hereditance and appurtenances
therein mentioned and conveyed and that
the same was done freely and voluntarily
without any compulsion constraint appre-
hension dread or fear of or from my said
