covenant that she hath not encumbered
the same or the title thereof and that she
will make all other and further lawful
conveyances which may or shall as deemed
necessary to divest the title of the said
Thomas E. Barrow and of his Estate and
of her the said Margaret of in and to
the said premises and to issue the
title thereof to the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever
