The State of South Carolina
             Know all men by these pres-
ents that I Francis H. Kennedy planter of
Sumpter District in the said State in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten thousand
Dollars to me paid by Richard P. Haynsworth
planter of Clarendon District in the State
aforesaid have, granted, bargained, sold
released, and conveyed and by these pres-
ents do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Release, and
Convey unto the said Richard P. Haynsworth
the following described peices or
parcels of land situated and being
in Alachua County in the State of
Florida to wit that tract or parcel of
land which was conveyed to me by
a Deed or indenture executed by John
B. Standley and Penelope his wife on the
26th day of January A.D. 1859 and which
tract or parcel of land is described in
said Deed or indenture as "more partic-
ularly Known and described in the United
States land Office at Newnansville Florida as
follows to wit, The South half of Lots five and
Six of Section four and the North East
quarter of Section five & Lots one, two and
three of section five and the North half of
Section Eight & the North half of the South
West Quarter of section Eight and the North
Half of the South East quarter of Section
Eight and the East half of the North East
quarter & North West quarter of North East quarter
& North East East quarter of the North West
quarter of Section No Seven, all in Township
No Eight South of Range Nineteen East and
Containing one thousand and ninety four
& 98/100 acres more or less according to the offi-
cial plat of said Township in said Land
Office. Also that other tract or parcel of
Land in Alachua County in the State of
Florida which was conveyed to me by Samuel
W. Burnett, Sheriff of said County by deed or
indenture dated the 7th day of March A.D.
1859 and which is described in said
last mentioned deed or indenture as the
South East quarter of the South east quarter
Section five, Township Eight South of Range
nineteen East containing Forty acres more or less
