Together with all and singular the
rights, members, hereditaments, and ap-
purtenances to the said premises belonging
or in any wise incident or appertaining 
To have and To Hold all and singular 
the Premises before mentioned (to wit,
the said tracts peices or parcels of land)
with the appurtenances thereto unto the
said Richard P. Haynsworth and his heirs
and assigns forever.
And I the said Francis H. Kennedy for
myself and my heirs, Executors and Ad-
ministrators do hereby covenant to and
with the said Richard P. Haynsworth and
his heirs, Executors, Administrators and
assigns that now at the time of the delivery
of these presents, I am the lawful owner of
the premises above granted and conveyed
and am seized thereof in fee simple
absolute that I have a good and
indefeasable title and right thereto and
that the said premises are free from and
clear of all incumbrance or incumbrances
and that the said Richard P. Haynsworth
and his heirs and assigns may and
shall forever hereafter have hold possess
and enjoy the same without any Suit
molestation or interruption by any person
whomsoever lawfully claiming any
right therein. And I do hereby bind
myself and my heirs Executors and Ad
ministrators to Warrant and forever
defend all and singular the said
premises unto the said Richard P.
Haynsworth and his heirs and assigns
against my self and my heirs and against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same or any part thereof.
 In witness whereof I the said Francis H.
Kennedy have hereunto set my hand and
seal this twenty sixth day of February in the
year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
and Sixty Seven and in the Ninety first
year of the Sovereignty and Independence of 
the United States of America.
