                              Know all men by
these presents that I Adelaide E. Kennedy wife of
the within named Francis H. Kennedy for and
in consideration of the sum of ten dollars to me
in hand paid by the within named Richard
P. Haynsworth do hereby renounce, release and
forever relinquish unto the within named Richard
P. Haynsworth (the grantee named in the within
or foregoing deed) his heirs and Assigns all
my interest and estate and also all my
right and claim of Dower of in or to all
and singular the Premises within mentioned
and released that is to say in the within or
foregoing Deed from the said Francis H.
Kennedy to the said Richard P. Haynsworth
And I do hereby declare and acknowledge
that the said renunciation, release and relin-
quishment of Dower is made by me freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint, apprehension, Dread or fear of or
from the said Francis H. Kennedy my said
husband or of any other person or persons
whomsoever. In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty
sixth day of February in the year of our
Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty
seven.
