under the Laws of the State of Florida to
take the acknowledgement of deeds etc,
to be used or recorded in the said
State of Florida personally appeared Mrs
Adelaide E. Kennedy (the wife of the within
named Francis H. Kennedy) to me known
to be the person whom made, signed
sealed, executed and delivered the foregoing
renunciation, release and relinquishment
of Dower who upon being privately and
seperately examined by me, seperate and
apart from her husband whether her
foregoing renunciation release and relin-
quishment of Dower was made freely and 
voluntarily and without any constraint com-
pulsion, apprehension dread or fear of or
from her said husband or of or from any
other person or persons whomsoever, answers
and says that she did and does declare
and acknowledge the same to have been
freely and voluntarily made and without
and constraint, compulsion, apprehension
dread or fear of or from her said husband
or of or from any other person or persons
whomsoever and that she does freely 
voluntarily and without any constraint
compulsion, apprehension, dread or fear
of or from her said husband or of
or from any other person or persons whom
soever, renounce, release and forever
relinquish unto the within named Richard
P. Haynsworth his Heirs and assigns all
her interest and estate and also all her
right and claim of Dower of in or to
all and singular the premises within
mentioned and released that is to say in
the within or foregoing deed from the said
Francis H. Kennedy to the said Richard
P. Haynsworth.
       In testimony whereof the said Ad-
elaide E. Kennedy has hereunto set her hand
and seal, and I the said William
F.B. Haynsworth, Commissioner as aforesaid
have hereunto set my hand and 
affixed my Official Seal this twenty
sixth day of February in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight
