                              Be it remembered that
on this twenty sixth day of Febuary in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and sixty seven
before me the undersigned, William F.B. Haynsworth
a Commissioner, resident in the Town of Sumter
in Sumter District in the State of South Car-
olina duly commissioned and qualified by
the executive authority and under the laws
of the State of Florida to take the acknowledge-
ment of Deeds, ect, to be used or recorded
in said State of Florida personally appeared
Francis H. Kennedy to me known to be the person
who executed the foregoing Deed by him
sealed and Subscribed and he acknowledged
the execution thereof to be his act and Deed
free and voluntarily for the uses and pur-
poses therein mentioned.
    In testimony whereof I the said William
F.B. Haynsworth, Commissioner as aforesaid
have hereunto set my hand and affixed
