laws of the State of Florida to take the
acknowledgement of Deeds ect to be used
or recorded in the said State of Florida
personally appeared J.R. Kendrick whose
name appears as a subscribing witness
to the foregoing Deed and who being
duly sworn deposes and says that Francis
H. Kennedy grantor in said deed duly
signed sealed and delivered the foregoing
deed as his act and deed in the presence of
him the said J.R. Kendrick and of one James
D. Wilder who then and there duly signed and
attested the same as a Subscribing witness in the
presence of him the said Francis H. Kennedy and
of him the said J.R. Kendrick who then and there
at the same time and place, also signed and
attested the same as a subscribing witness, in
presence of the said Francis H. Kennedy and
in the presence of him the said James D. Wilder
that is to say that the said J.R. Kendrick and the
said James D. Wilder in the presence of each
other and in the presence of the said Francis
H. Kennedy signed and tested the said deed
as subscribing Witness thereto
