State of Florida  }  Know all men by these
Alachua County    }  that I Wilbur G. Lewis
of the State and County aforesaid in
consideration of the natural love and affect-
tion which I have and bear for my wife
Martha E. Lewis and also for divers other
good causes and considerations we the
said Wilbur G Lewis hereunto moving have
granted given and confirmed and by
these do give grant and confirm unto
the said Martha E. Lewis all and Singular
my Stock of Cattle in whose hands custody
or possession soever they be.  To have hold
and enjoy all and singular the said stock
of Cattle (Marked and branded as follows)
Crop and half crop in one Ear and B***
in the other branded WB. aforesaid unto
the said Martha E. Lewis her Executors admin-
istrators and assigns to the only proper use
and behoof of the said Martha E. Lewis her
executors administrators and assigns forever.
   And I the said Wilbur G. Lewis all and
singular the said stock to the said Martha E. Lewis
her executors, Administators and assigns against
me the said Wilbur G. Lewis my Executors and
Administrators and all and every other person
or persons whatsoever shall and will warrantt and
forever defend by these presents of all and
singular the said stock cattle I the said
Wilbur G. Lewis have put the said Martha
E. Lewis in full possession by delivery
to her a certain stock Cattle marked and
branded as aforesaid at the time of the
sealing and delivery of these presents in the
name of the whole property hereby granted.
          In witness whereof I have set my
hand and seal this the 12th April AD
