more fully described before the Court House
door in said County between the legal
hours of Sale and after advertising the same
according to law for the space of thirty
days thereafter did sell the said lot on
the first Monday of this present month being
the day and date of these presents, said
land being sold as the property of F.T.
Baker under and by virtue of a Mortgage
Fi Fa issued from the Circuit Court of said
County of Alachua in favor of John Locklear
Deceased against said F.T. Baker and
the said Ignatius Griffin having been
the highest bidder for the same and it being
knocked off to him as the purchaser at
the sum hereafter named. Now the said J.O.
Cosby Sheriff as aforesaid in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of Three
hundred and Sixty Dollars ($360.00) to him in
hand paid at and before the signing and
delivery of these presents has granted barg-
ained sold aliened and conveyed and
by these presents does convey unto the said
Ignatius Griffin his heirs and assigns the
aforesaid lot of Land lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
and known as the East (1/2) of the South
West (1/4) and the East half of the North West
(1/4) Section (18) Township (10) Range (18) and
the South West 1/4 of Section (6) Township (10)
Range (18) to have and to hold the said
lot of land to the said Ignatius Griffin his
heirs and assigns in as full and ample
a manner as the said F.T. Baker might
have done. In testimony whereof he has
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and
date above written.
