of land lying and being in the county of Alachua and state of
Florida and known and described as Section Eleven (11)
Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen (19) containing Six hundred &
forty acres more or less - To Have and to hold the said before
described premises, together with all the right title & interest
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to him
the said Stephen Bryan his heirs & assign forever in fee simple
And the said Jane E. Rieves for her self will forever warrant & 
defend the right & title thereunto against the claims of all
persons whatever - In Witness whereof I have hereunto put
my hand & seal the day and year above written

Whereas a piece or parcel of land hereinafter described
was purchased of William Colson with funds belonging
in common to myself Eliza M. Stewart, James M. Stewart
Thomas O. Stewart and Mary Stewart now the wife of Leonard
Dozier heirs of Daniel Stewart deceased, And whereas
a deed of conveyance was made for the lands herein
=after described through a mistake to me Eliza M.
Stewart in my undivided right by William Colson
dated the 19th day of May Eighteen hundred & fifty four in
Stead of to the above named parties in common having been
purchased by funds arising from the Estate of Daniel
Stewart dcd in which the above named parties were in
common Interested; And whereas James M. Stewart afterwards
by deed conveyed his interest by deed on Record in Alachua
County Fla to said lands to Eliza M. Stewart, Thomas O.
Stewart & Mary Stewart, Now Know all men by these presents
that I Eliza M. Stewart for the purpose of carrying out the
Original intention of the parties and to do justice in the
premises and for the further consideration of One dollar
to me in hand paid by Mary Dozier the receipt whereof is
acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, and
conveyed and by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the said Mary Dozier her heirs & assign one third
of the lands conveyed to me by William Colson on the 19th
day of May AD 1854, known as the E1/2 of Section Twenty
four (24) Township (9) Range 18 within the Arredondo
Grant in Alachua County Florida containing Three
hundred & twenty acres more or less, with all the right title
interest or claim in and to the said One third interest
