E. Collier and Sarah A. Collier his wife
of the one part of the County aforesaid
and Calvin Waits of Alachua County
of State aforesaid of the other part
Witnesseth that the said William
E. Collier and Sarah A. Collier his
wife for and in consideration of the
sum of two hundred & fifty Dollars
to them in hand paid and before
the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have remised
released and quit claim and by
these presents do remise release
and quit claim unto the said Calvin
Waits party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns all that certain
tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the aforesaid County of
Alachua in the State of Florida
in Township No 10, S. of Range No 22, E
the E1/2 of NW1/4 and the SW1/4 of
NE Quarter Section No 21 containing
One hundred & nineteen acres and
Eighty five hundredth, together with all
and singular the tenements heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining
and also the estate right title
and interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law and in Equity of the
said party of the first part of in and
to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part and of his heirs and
assigns to his and their own proper
use and behoof forever, in witness
whereof the said party of the first
part have hereunto set their hands
