paid by the said John L. Adams the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold, conveyed
and delivered and by these presents
doth grant bargain, sell convey and
deliver unto the said John L. Adams his
heirs and assigns all of the following
described lot or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua
and known as the South half of the South
West quarter of Section Number (21) Twenty
one in Township (10) Ten South of Range
No (22) Twenty two E. Containing Seventy nine
acres and 90/100 to have and to hold the
said before described premises together with
all the rights and appurtenances thereunto
belonging to him to him the said John
L. Adams his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple and the said Eli N.
Adkins for himself his heirs executors
and administrators will forever
warrant and defend the right and
title thereunto against the claim of all
