Alachua County   } executed this the ninth day
                   of January in the year of
our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
fifty six between Samuel Henderson and wife
wife Martha Henderson of the State and County
aforesaid of the first part and Calvin Waits of
the second part. Witness that the said
Samuel Henderson and wife Martha Henderson
for and in consideration of the sum of four
