to hold the said before described premises

and his wife Martha Henderson for them

State of Florida } 16th day of February 1867 came
                   before me Martha Hudson
who being seperate and apart from her said
husband the principal grantor in the fore-
going Deed did of her own free will upon
Reception of One Dollar to her in hand paid
sign, seal & deliver the foregoing deed of
relinquishment of Dower. In witness whereof
