State of Florida } Whereas George
Alachua County   } Bucklin did make
                  & execute a Mortgage
to Tilman Ingram dated the 2nd
day of January AD 1866 to secure
the payment of nine thousand six
hundred and fifty Dollars which
Mortgage was duly recorded in
the Office of Mesne conveyance 
in the County of Alachua the 14th
day of August AD 1866 in Book
of Mortgages on pages 339 & 340
And whereas said Mortgage
was duly assigned on the 15th day
of February AD 1867 by Tillman
Ingram to George Savage and
Edward Haile,
    Now Know all men that we
George Savage & Edward Haile
for value received do hereby
assign to Thomas P. Bucklin his
heirs, Executors & administrators and
assigns the said recited Indenture
of Mortgage together with all the
interest right or demand which
we have herein together with
all other writings relating thereto and
more especially the note herein described
and to Secure the payment of which said
Mortgage purports to be given
