State of Florida } This Indenture made
Alachua County   } and entered into this
                   the seventeenth day of
April Eighteen hundred & sixty seven
between Leonard L. Brown of the State of
Florida party of the first part and Lewis
A. Barnes John H. Park and Lurie Gold-
smith of the State of Florida parties
of the second part for and in
consideration of the sum of Five
hundred Dollars to him in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has bargained sold
released and conveyed and by these 
presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Lewis A. Barnes
John H. Park and Lurie Goldsmith
and undivided three fourths in all
those certain lots, tracts or parcels of
land situate lying and being in
Alachua County in the State of
Florida and known as the North West
quarter of section No 30 in Township No 9
S of Range 18, E containing One
hundred and fifty nine acres & seventy
hundredth of an acre, also the South East
quarter of Sec No 30 in T 9 S of Range
18 E containing One hundred & fifty
nine acres & seventy hundredth of an acre
Also the South west quarter of Sec 30 in
T.9.S of Range 18. E. containing one hundred
& fifty nine acres & seventy hundredth of an
acre formerly conveyed by Margaret A.
O'Neill to me also the South half of
the North East quarter of sec 30 in T 9
Range 18.E. To have and to hold
all the said lands or premises and every
part or parcel thereof with the appurtenances
