Eighteen hundred & sixty seven between
Louis A. Barnes and James H. Park
parties of the first part and Leonard S. Brown
party of the second part, All of Alachua
County State of Florida. Witnesseth that
for and in consideration of the sum of
Five hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid by the party of the second part
