State of Florida } This Indenture made and
County of Alachua } entered into this 9th day of
April A.D. 1867, Between
Martha P. Perry Administratrix of the Estate
of Madison S. Perry of Alachua County Decd party
of the first part and John L. Villalonga surviving
Partner of the late firm of Boston & Villalonga
of the City of Savannah in the State of Georgia
party of the second part, Witnesseth That For
and in consideration of the sum of Four thousand Dollars
to the said party of the first part as Administratrix
aforesaid in hand paid at the time of Executing
this Indenture by the party of the second part
as Surviving Partner aforesaid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party
of the first part hath bargained and Sold and doth
hereby convey unto the said party of the second
part all those certain tracts or parcels of land
Known and described as follows (viz)
The North West quarter of the North East quarter
of Section Twenty one (21) Also the East Half of
the North West quarter and the South west quarter
of the North East quarter of Section Twenty one (21)
Also the North East quarter of the North East quarter
and the North half of the South West quarter
of Section Twenty one (21) Township Ten (10) South of
Range Twenty two (22) East and containing Three
hundred and eighty acres More or less and laying
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
To have and to hold the above described and
granted Premises and every part and parcel
thereof with all and singular the rights privileges
improvements, and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining to
the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part his heirs executors and
assigns in fee simple forever and the said party
of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to and
with the said party of the second part that she is
Seized in fee of the above granted and described
premises as administratrix aforesaid and that she
has a good and sufficient title thereto and that she
will and her heirs and successors in Office Shall
warrant & defend the same against all claims
or demands whatever in testimony whereof the
said party of the second part hath hereto
set her hand and affixed her seal on the
day and year first above written
