by John L. Villalonga Surviving Partner of the
Late firm of Boston & Villalonga of the City of
Savannah in the State of Georgia I have
bargained and Sold and do hereby renounce
release and relinquish all my right title
interest or claim to Dower as the Widdow of
Madison S. Perry late of Alachua County Decd
into or out of the Lands herein above described
and granted.  In testimony whereof I have
