John C. Richard of Stark, County of Bradford
and State of Florida and Mary O. wife of
the said John C. Richard in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar to us in hand
paid by J.B. Nichols of Alachua County
State of Florida the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have bargained sold
and quit Claim and by these presents do
bargain sell and quit claim unto the
said J.B. Nichols and to his heirs and assigns
forever all our and each of our right, title
interest estate claim and demand both at law
and in equity and as well as in possession
as in expecting of in and to that certain
meassing or tract of land situate in Gainesville
Alachua County State of Florida and described
as follows Lot one (1) Block three (3) Range
(4) four and Block two (2) Range four (4)
with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise pertaining to have and to hold the
above released premises to the said Nichols
his heirs and assigns to his and their use
and behoof forever
