Jessie T. Bernard of the County & State aforesaid attorney in fact
of William G. Ferris of the County of Hillsboro and State
aforesaid and         Ferris wife of the said William G.
Ferris for and in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred
& twenty five dollars to me in hand paid by John Crews
Pelot MD of the County of Alachua and State aforesaid have 
bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, alien, and convey unto the said
John Crews Pelot MD the following described tract or parcel
of land, Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
aforesaid, and known and described as follows SE1/4 of
SE1/4, W1/2 of SE1/4, E1/2 of SW1/4 and NW1/4 of SW1/4 of Section No
Ten Township (8) Eight Range Eighteen (18) South & East and
containing Two hundred & forty acres more or less, To Have and 
to Hold, the said tract or parcel of land, to him, the said
John Crews Pelot MD his heirs and assigns forever, and I the
said Jessie T. Bernard as attorney aforesaid, do warrant &
defend the title to the same against any and all claims or
persons whatsoever - In Witness Whereof I have hereto set my hand
