Alachua County } the tenth day of February in
the year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and Sixty between
John C. Richard and Mary O. Richard his wife
of the County of Clay, State aforesaid parties
of the first part and Susan C. Clark wife
of William D. Clark of the County of Alachua
State aforesaid party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part, for the natural love and affection they
bear to the party of the second part and for
the further consideration of ten Dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have this day given granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do give
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part, That Lot of Land situate
and lying in the Town of Gainesville State and
County aforesaid Known and described as lot
Block Range To have and to hold
the above granted and discribed premises with
all tenements and appurtenances belonging or in
any wise appertaining unto the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns forever |
