                  Richard for Divers good and valuable
consideration and for the further sum of One dollar to
me in hand paid, freely and voluntarily and without
any constraint compulsion Apprehension or fear of or from
my Said husband, became a party to the foregoing Deed thereby
relinquishing all my right title possibility of Dower in and
to the premises therein conveyed
