State of Florida  }
County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that I
                    Stephen Hollinsworth of said State for
and in consideration of One hundred Dollars to
me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do give grant bargain sell and 
convey unto John McDermott of said State and
County aforesaid in trust for Catherine A. McDermott
minor child of him the said John McDermott all
that certain Lot or parcel of land lying in or near
the town of Gainesville in the County and State aforesaid
to wit, Commencing on the Street leading from
Gainesville to Depot on the west side of said street
two hundred feet from lands granted to the
Rail Road Company running West one hundred
feet running, North along said Street one hundred
feet making a lot one hundred feet square
     Provided that the said John McDermott Trustee
and Natural Guardian of the said Catherine
Ann McDermott as aforesaid may sell and convey
the said premise whenever in his Judgement
it may comport to the interest of the said
minor.
   To have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said John McDermott in trust for
the said Catherine Ann McDermott with all
the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining her heirs executors
Administrators and assigns in fee simple
forever in fee simple. And I the said Stephen
Hollingsworth will for myself my heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns do covenant with the
said John McDermott, Trustee as aforesaid
that I am lawful seized in fee of the aforesaid
premises, that they are free from all incumbrances
that I have a good right to sell and convey the
same to the said John McDermott Trustee as
aforesaid and that I will and my heirs, Executors
Administrators and assigns shall warrant and
defend the same to the said John McDermott
his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
in trust for the said Catherine Ann McDermott
as aforesaid against the lawful claims or claim
or demands of all persons.
   In witness whereof I the said
Stephen Hollingsworth has hereunto set my hand
and seal this 27th day of November AD 1865.
