State of Florida } This Indenture made this the
Alachua County   } seventh day of February in the
                   year of our Lord Eighteen hundred
and sixty seven between Barnard Colson of the
State and County aforesaid of the first part and
Malchason M. May of the same place of the second
part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred and fifty Dollars lawful money of the
United States to him duly paid before the delivery hereof
hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth
grant and convey to the said party of the second
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain peice
or parcel of land lying and being in the County and
State aforesaid and which is known and described
as follows, to wit The North West quarter of the South West
quarter of Section twenty nine in township seven South
of Range nineteen East containing Forty acres and 
North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section
Thirty in Township Seven South of Range nineteen
East containing forty acres together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances and all the Estate, title and interest
of the first party of the first part therein. And
the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of 
the second part that at the time of the delivery
hereof the said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the premises above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute and
that he will warrant and defend the above
granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever.
