Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
                   into this 23rd day of April AD
Eighteen hundred and sixty seven between
Francis V. Seagle of the first part and Daniel
M. Finger of the second part all of the State and
County aforesaid. Witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of three thousand
Dollars in hand paid by the party of the
second part, unto the party of the first part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the party of the first part hath granted
bargained sold conveyed and delivered
unto the party of the second part all that
Lot tract or parcel of Land, lying being &
situated in the County and State aforesaid
and bounded and described as follows (To wit)
beginning at the half mile stake on the eastern
boundary of Section (30) thirty, Township (9) nine
Range (20) twenty, Arradonda grant and
running west along said half mile line
to the west Bank of said creek, to a point opposite
the mouth of a branch, Known as Baileys branch
thence East along said branch to where said
branch intersects the section line being the
eastern boundary of section S (30) thirty T.9. R.
20, Thence North along said boundary to the
point of beginning containing (50) fifty acres
more or less, together with all and singular
the rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining as
well as also the Mill sites, Grist Mills, Saw
Mills Gins &c thereunto belonging or in any wise
thereunto appertaining, in fee simple
  And the said party of the first part for
himself his heirs Executors and administrators
