Osmon S. Jones and Cathern J. Jones his wife
parties of the first part and Martha P. Perry Admx
of the Estate of Madison S. Perry Decd party of the
second part, Witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to
the parties of the first part in hand paid
at the time of executing this Indenture
by the party of the second part the Receipt
