of the second part as administratrix aforesaid 
all the right title and interest of whatsoever nature
Either in law or Equity which the said parties
had or can have to the following described
parcels of land, ie, the North East Quarter of the
North East Quarter of section (21) twenty one con-
taining Thirty nine 95/100 acres also the east half
of the North West quarter and the south west quarter
of the North East quarter of section (31) thirty one
containing one hundred and nineteen 85/100 acres-
also the North East quarter of the North East quarter
and the North half of the South West quarter of the
North East quarter and the North half of the South
West quarter of Section (21) Twenty One also laying in
Township (10) South of Range (22) Twenty two East and
containing Three Hundred and Eighty acres more
or less and Laying in the County of Alachua -
and State of Florida to have and to hold the above
granted and described premises and every part
and parcel thereof with all and singular the rights
improvements and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in any wise appertaining to the
only proper use benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part as administratrix aforesaid
and her successors in Office or assigns in fee
simple forever and the said parties of the
  first 
second part for themselves there heirs Executors
and administrators do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part
that they will and their heirs Executors and ad-
ministrators shall warrant and defend the title to
the said premises against all claims or demands
whatever by through or from any and all persons
claiming or to claim by through or in right of the
said parties of the first part, Either at Law or 
in Equity.
