and State in consideration of said
sale by me to said Brown who purchased
said Lot for the purpose of Keeping public
Stables & in consideration of one Dollar to
me paid covenant and agree and hereby
bind myself that no other stables or place
for the accomodation of horses, mules or cattle
shall be erected by me or any one else
on a Lot or Block Known as Block 2
Range 4 in the plan of said Town of
Gainesville until after the First day of
January Eighteen hundred and Seventy under
a penalty of Five thousand Dollars
