and distinguished in the original plat and
plan of said town, as the West half of
Block (1) one Range (4) four, being (200)
two hundred feet North & South and (98 1/2)
ninety eight and one half feet East and
West.  To have and to hold said
described premises with all and singular
the rights heriditaments and privileges to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining
to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple
and the said party of the first part for
herself, her Executors, administrators heirs and
assigns, shall and will said bargained
premises with all the rights, members
and appurtenances unto the said belonging
or in any wise appertaining, forever warrant
and the right and title, these to defend
from and against her and themselves to the
said party of the second part and against
the claims of all persons whatever.
