back two hundred & ten feet to a back
Street & fronting said back street Sixty
feet, together with all the privileges
& appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining, To have and to hold
the above granted premises to the said
G. Josephs his heirs and assigns in fee simple
   And the said Mary A. Matheny will
and her heirs Executors & administrators shall
the said property to the said G. Joseph his
heirs Executors & Administrators forever warrant
and defend against the lawful demands
of all persons whatever
