Witnesseth that the said Elijah Wall for and in con
=sideration of the sum of Nineteen hundred & Sixty five
Dollars to me in cash paid by the said J.M. Hawthorn
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained, sold, conveyed and delivered and by
these presents do grant bargain, sell, convey and
deliver unto the said J.M. Hawthorn his heirs and
assigns all the following described Lots or parcels of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and known as the South East
quarter of Section Twelve (12) in Township Ten (10) South
of Range Twenty two (22) East containing One hundred &
Sixty and 44/100 acres. Also the South West quarter of
Section Twelve (12) in Township Ten (10) South of Range
Twenty two (22) East containing One hundred and Sixty
Acres 44/100 of an acre (160 44/100) Also the North West
quarter of Section twelve (12) in Township Ten (10) South
of Range Twenty two (22) East containing One hundred
& sixty acres & 24/100 of an acre To Have and to hold the
said before described lots or parcels of land. "Together
with all the rights and appurtinances thereunto belonging
to him the said J.M. Hawthorn his heirs & assigns
forever in fee simple and the said Elijah Wall for-
himself his heirs Executors and administrators will
forever warrant and defend the rights and title
thereunto against the claims of all persons what
soever, In testimony whereof the said Elijah Wall
set his hand and seal this the Twenty first day of
February One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty

Know all men by these presents that
I Elizabeth Wall wife of Elijah Wall within named
for and in consideration of the sum of Nineteen hundred
and Sixty five Dollars to me in hand paid by J.M.
Hawthorn at and before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents have remised, released, and forever
quit claimed unto the said J.M. Hawthorn and to
his heirs and assign all and all manner of dower
and right and title of dower and other interest
right or title whatever which I the said Elizabeth Wall
now have, may, might should or by right ought to
have or claim of in to or out of the within described
premises with the appurtinances, granted unto the
said J.M. Hawthorn and every part and parcel
thereof, and I the said Elizabeth Wall do hereby |
