Eight hundred & Sixty Six, Now it is agreed by the
Said parties, and be it Known that they so agree
that the said Matter of difference Shall be adjusted
and finally determined by arbitration, And that the
Said parties have Selected A.T. Banks and George Savage
as arbitrators, and they have been and hereby are
authorized to do and perform all and every act in
the premises, which of right they may do or perform
under this and by virtue of the Statutes of the State
of Florida and the decision or award of Said
arbitrators Shall be final and obligatory upon the
Said parties to this agreement namely upon Isaac
B. Nichols and George Bucklin the same as any rule
or Judgement of any Court in the State of Florida
And it is further agreed that in the event of a
disagreement between the aforesaid arbitrators A.T.
Banks & George Savage then they are authorized
to take with them in the arbitration as umpire R.H.
Y. Law whose decision on Such Points of disagreement
Shall be final and Shall have the full force and
effect of any Judgement rendered by a Court of this

                      The undersigned appointed
as arbitrators to Settle a Matter of difference growing
out of and belonging to a Copartnership which existed
between Isaac B. Nichols and George Bucklin as
per written Contract entered into and Signed by the Said
parties on the 15th day of January AD 1866, do hereby
