make the following award. That the Said George
Bucklin pay over to the Said Isaac B. Nichols the sum
of three hundred & fifty two Dollars and fifty Cents, the
Same being the amount due him in full as appears by
the account current between them, and it is Stated
further more that by authority of Law, this award is
final, and Cancels all accounts to this date against
the Said parties, One against the other, arising and
growing out of Said Copartnership as well for
money as for property belonging jointly to the Said
