acres & 55/100 of an acre formerly sold and conveyed
to the Deacons of the Babtist Church known
as the "Pleasant Grove Church which Church is
located upon the before mentioned seven 58/100
acres containing exclusion of the said seven
acres Seventy two acres and 38/100 of an acre
more or less together with all the privileges &
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining to have and to hold the above
granted premises to the said J.M. Hawthorn
his heirs and assigns in fee simple.
         And the said Alexander H. Leonard
will and his heirs Executors & administrators
shall the said property to the said J.M.
Hawthorn his heirs Executors & administrators
forever warrant and defend against the
lawful claims or demands of all persons whatever
