manner of Dower and right and
title of Dower and other interest
right or title whatever, which I the said
Caroline E.S. Green now have may
might, should or by right ought to
have or claim of unto or out of the within
described premises with the appurtenances
granted unto the said James M. Haw=
thorn and every part and parcel thereof
and I the said Caroline E.S. Green do
hereby acknowledge and declare that I
freely and voluntarily renounce and
relinquish all my Dower and right and
title of Dower in the premises within
named without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear from my said husband
the said Burrell Green.

Alachua County   } executed this the second

hundred & sixty six between John W. Peacock
of the State of Florida and County of Alachua
of the first part and J.M. Hawthorn of
the second part, Witnesseth that the said
John W. Peacock for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred & twenty five Dollars
to me in hand paid by the said J.M. Haw-
thorn the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold conveyed and 
delivered and by these presents do grant
bargain sell convey and deliver unto the said 
J.M. Hawthorn his heirs and assigns all
the following described lot or parcel of land
being and lying in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and known as the N East
