ministrators shall warrant and defend the
same to the said Peter Sparkman his heirs
and assigns forever against the lawful claims
and demands of all Persons, In witness whereof

consideration of the premises in said Deed
recited do hereby renounce relinquish and
forever quit claim unto Peter Sparkman
all my Dower and right of Dower in and to
the said Deed mentioned and I do declare that
the above renunciation and relinquishment was made
freely and voluntarily on my part without any
compulsion apprehension or fear of or from my 
said husband Stephen Sparkman, In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
