                    presents that I Peter
Sparkman of the County of Alachua and
State aforesaid for and in consideration of
the sum of Eight thousand Dollars to me in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey
to J.W. & E.S. Raymond of the same State and
County their heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever all that certain piece
of land lying and being in Alachua County
and State of Florida and which is known
and described as follows viz The South half
of the South East quarter The East half of the
South West quarter and the North West
quarter of the South East quarter of section
thirty three, also the South East quarter
of the North East Quarter, the North half
