Quarter the North Half of the North West Quarter
and the South East quarter of the South East quarter
Section four also the North West Quarter of the
South West Quarter and South West quarter of the
North West Quarter of section two, also the North
West Quarter of the North East quarter, section
three also the North East quarter of the North
East quarter section nine, also the North West
Quarter of the North West quarter of section ten
all in township eight south, Range Twenty East
containing twelve hundred and forty acres
together with the interest of the said Peter
Sparkman in the growing crops and 
including also the Steam Engine, Grist Mill
gins blacksmiths tools, belting and farm
tools To have and to hold the same
together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the said
J.W. & E.S. Raymond their heirs Executors admin-
istrators and assigns in fee simple forever
and I the said Peter Sparkman for myself
my heirs Executors administrators and 
assigns do covenant with the said J.W. & E.S.
Raymond their heirs Executors, administrators
and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee 
of the aforesaid premises that they are free
from all incumbrances, that I have good right
to sell and convey the same and that I will
and my heirs executors and administrators
shall warrant and defend the same to the
said J.W. and E.S. Raymond their heirs executors and
administrators forever against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons
And for the consideration aforesaid and for other
good and valuable consideration I Mary C.
Sparkman wife of the said Peter Sparkman do hereby
release and quit claim to J.W. & E.S. Raymond their
heirs executors and administrators all my right
claim or possibility of dower in or out of the aforesaid
premises.
